Prices on our pricing page are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include relevant tax (VAT) where required. Paid subscriptions are processed on a recurring basis and can be canceled at any time from your settings page.

6. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial or retroactive refunds will be awarded for unused subscription periods.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials and information featured on our platform, including articles, photos, logo structures, custom SVGs, and layouts, belong to WideMedia (Pty) Ltd and are protected under international copyright frameworks.

8. Limitation of Liability

WideMedia publishes well-researched information for general reading purposes. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or accidental financial decisions made based on reports or data published on this portal.

9. Governing Law & Competent Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any legal disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Pretoria.
